When selecting exterior doors for your home, there are a few factors to consider, like location, style of the house and local building regulations which may affect the level of required maintenance. Who can install my door?
All doors should be fitted by a qualified carpenter. Independent Carpenters List.

Should my doors be treated?
Yes, most doors are untreated unless specified.
It is recommended that doors should be treated before installation, with a penetrating wood oil, thereafter treat regularly.

Can my door be exposed to sun and rain?
We recommend that only vertical slatted doors be used as fully exposed doors, and that all other doors have some overhead cover.

What other products will I need to install my door?
You will need a frame, handle, locks and hinges to complete installation.
If you do not already have these items consider adding a frame.

When can I expect my online order to be delivered?
Depending on the area and product that you order, most of our items take 3-5 working days for delivery. Any stock issues will be immediately communicated to you.

Deliveries will only be on weekdays within normal business hours 8am – 5pm (public holidays excluded)

How are the delivery fees calculated?
We utilise a third party courier that calculates both the mass and the volumetric mass of the entire order and then calculates the delivery fee based on whichever of these results is biggest, bearing in mind your location.
